The rapid development of social economy has made corporate social responsibility gradually become a global trend.Especially in Western countries,many companies have promoted social responsibility practices to the level of strategic management.However,Chinese enterprises have not paid enough attention to this in the process of rapid development,which has led to the emergence of many social contradictions,which has aroused widespread concern in academia and society.Existing literature tends to focus on the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate performance,corporate image and consumer response,but paid insufficient attention to the effect on employees' behavior and attitudes,who are the key stakeholders in companies.In addition,encouraging employees to engage in organizational citizenship behaviors and improving employees' job satisfaction are crucial to corporate competitiveness and sustainable corporate development.Therefore,the researches on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction has gradually become the focus of academic research.Besides,motivation can motivate employees' perceptions of their behavior and attitudes.Corporate fulfil social responsibility means that enterprises have high pro-social values.As members of the organization,employees will implicitly internalize such pro-social values into self-values,thereby generating prosocial motives,and inspiring organizational citizenship behavior and improving job satisfaction.Moreover,the interactional justice that pays attention to the quality of exchange relations in the process of interpersonal communication enables employees to perceive the consistency of words and deeds inside and outside the enterprise,thus promoting the positive effects of employees' corporate social responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.Based on social identity theory and self-determination theory,this paper introduces prosocial motivation as a mediator and interactional justice as a moderator to explore the mechanism of employees' corporate social responsibility perception on employee organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.Firstly,we review relevant literature on employees' corporate social responsibility perception,prosocial motivation,interactional justice,organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.Secondly,we establish the research model and put forward the research hypothesis based on of the predecessors.Thirdly,we collect 322 samples through questionnaire survey,and analyzed the data using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 to verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis proposed in this study.Finally,we discuss the results of this study,point out the shortcomings and the prospects for future research.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Employees' corporate social responsibility perception positively affects employees' prosocial motivation,organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.(2)Prosocial motivation positively affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.(3)Prosocial motivation mediates the influence of employees'corporate social responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction partly.(4)Interactional justice positively regulates the relationship between employees' corporate social responsibility perception and prosocial motivation,when the level of interactional justice is high,the relationship between employees' corporate social responsibility perception and prosocial motivation is stronger.Moreover,interactional justice regulates the mediating effect of prosocial motivation in the relationship between employees' corporate social responsibility perception and organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.
