With the development of the economy,the material consumption needs of Chinese residents have been basically met,and residents have begun to shift to service consumption.The consumption structure is undergoing upgrading,including upgrading from the traditional type to modernity,upgrading from survival type to development type,and upgrading from material consumption to service consumption.With the upgrading of residents’ living standards and tourism consumption,the attractiveness of resource advantages of traditional scenic spots is declining,and most of the traditional tourist attractions in China are facing huge challenges.The upgrading of tourism consumption has put the operation of traditional scenic spots in trouble.At present,most of the traditional scenic spots are mainly natural landscapes and historical sites.The single tourist products in the scenic spots lack innovation,aging service facilities,and related supporting facilities are inadequate.The overall scenic spot lacks professional planning.Traditional scenic spots mostly rely on ticket income,and single profit methods.The structure is unreasonable.These problems make the development of traditional scenic areas face huge challenges.In recent years,the proposal of global tourism to transform from "attraction tourism" to "global tourism" has given the brandnew development model of traditional scenic spots.How to transform the traditional scenic spots and how to transform them has become the most important issue for the development of traditional scenic spots at this stage.This article analyzes the current situation of the Shilin Scenic Spot through questionnaire surveys,uses gray theory to predict the future of Shilin’s tourism income and tourist data from 2010 to 2018,and analyzes the cultural industry,accommodation,catering,agriculture,and Shilin of Shilin through the years.Scenic area ticket income,tour guide income,parking lot income and Shilin County’s comprehensive tourism industry gray analysis analysis to calculate the correlation coefficient between various industries and tourism industry and sort the industries closely related to tourism development,so as to propose the Shilin scenery Necessity of the transformation of the area,and then based on the preference of tourists’ consumption patterns,the reference of domestic and foreign experience and the analysis of gray the Shilin Scenic Area,which is mainly divided into four aspects.The first is the upgrading of tourism consumption,which means that the needs of tourists have changed qualitatively,and tourists are article,the author draws transformation countermeasures through an empirical analysis of the Shilin Scenic Spot,including the integration of various industries and tourism,the design of tourism products,the promotion of public services,the establishment of ticket prices for scenic spots,the increase in secondconsumer products,and the The linkage of resources in other scenic spots in other
