Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of China's Chamber Of Commerce Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

Chamber of Commerce provides support and services for the survival and development of its member enterprises,represents the common interests of many enterprises in a certain region or industry,communicates with the government departments and contacts with the outside world.At the same time,it manages the orderly development of various activities.Chamber of Commerce is prevalent in the market economy developed countries.It plays an important role in promoting the development of the industry,regulating the market order and other related matters.In China,with the deepening of reform and opening-up,the number of chambers of commerce is increasing and the role is becoming more and more important.Their construction is growing.What's more,it has made a positive contribution in promoting economic development and social progress.In recent years,the Party Central Committee has proposed and implemented a major strategy for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone and the Maritime Silk Road in the21 st century on the basis of the need of macroeconomic operation.It pointed out that the construction of the “the Belt and Road” is an important strategic decision to build an all-round open new pattern,which is the major strategic decision made by China to co-ordinate the international and domestic interests and take the initiative to adapt to the profound changes in the global situation.Therefore,it is of great significance for the Chamber to realize the healthy,orderly and steady development of the Chamber of Commerce.It is necessary to grasp the experience brought about by the development of China Chamber of Commerce.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part elucidates the topic background and the significance of research.What's more,It sums up the domestic and international study about “the Belt and Rode”,and explains the basic research ideas and innovation points.The second part sorts out the relevant knowledge about “the Belt and Rode”,and presents the personal view.The third part states out the background,core connotation and significance of the “the Belt and Rode” strategy basedon the construction of the “the Belt and Rode”,and analyzes the new requirements of the development of the Chamber of Commerce.The fourth part analyzes in detail the problems and causes of the development of the Chamber of Commerce.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the Chamber of Commerce.
