Studies On The Effect Of Poverty Alleviation In Agricultural Industrialization

Agricultural industrialization has gradually become the main starting point for poverty alleviation in poor areas.What is the effect of this way of poverty alleviation?What are the problems behind it? Is the theme of this paper.In this paper,D County as a case,through the analysis of the county's agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation practice,including the organization model and the interests of the link mechanism,the relevant policies and local practice,in order to explore the actual effect of agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation.According to the theory and practice,this paper intends to take the three aspects of poverty alleviation benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit as the evaluation standard.The study found that the implementation of agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation,in terms of poverty alleviation benefits,increased farmers' income and development opportunities,changed their ideas and achieved high satisfaction;In terms of economic efficiency,the industrial structure has been optimized,and the development strength of leading enterprises and new business entities has been enhanced;At the same time,it is beneficial to the sustainable development of the local ecological environment.Of course,through the questionnaire analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the industrialization of poverty alleviation,such as the development ability and participation of farmers,the recognition of the poverty alleviation policy of the industry,the driving force of the leading enterprises and the help of the government industry.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of human capital,enhance the endogenous power of poverty alleviation,support the development of leading enterprises,enhance the ability to promote the industry,improve the government's poverty alleviation policy,and increase support.Of course,the agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation effect evaluation standards should be integrated,comprehensive,not only include the benefits of poverty alleviation,but also consider the economic,ecological environment and other factors;not only to consider the situation of poor people out of poverty,but also tosee the poverty reduction target satisfaction to the local poverty alleviation effect,to ensure the authenticity of effect analysis.
