| With the proposition of "Industry 4.0" and "re-industrialization" concept, the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has been highly noted Governments. Now, the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has become an important indicator for reflection of comprehensive national power. The international competition will be changed into new competition among high knowledge,high-tech, high value-added of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. Faced with the serious international situation, the Chinese government put forward the "Made in China 2025" in 2015, in order to achieve the transformation of "Made in China" to "China Smart".Heilongjiang province as the base of old industry, with a good industrial foundation of technology, but there was still a big gap which compared to developed provinces. In this case,how to choose the suitable development model for the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province to promote its rapid development has become a serious problem.Thesis described the content and features of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and distinguished the similarities and differences between high-end equipment manufacturing and general equipment manufacturing industry. Also it analyzed the current development and problems of Heilongjiang province’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Following,summarized the typical development model of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Then, constructed the development evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and used the factor analysis methods in order to locate the development level of Heilongjiang province’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China. Finally, it made the principles and basis for the development mode selection.Combined with the Heilongjiang province’s level of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, then chose cooperative development model for Heilongjiang province, and put forward the corresponding development strategies according to the development model. |
