Research On Information Resources Construction Development Mode Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province Based On Resource Endowment

The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation and core of industrial development,its development level is an important factor to measure a country's level of industrialization and international competitiveness. As one of the important bases for the development of equipment manufacturing industry, Heilongjiang Province's equipment manufacturing industry base is abundant, widely distributed, can develop a large number of industries, and has become an important force in the economic development of the province. The total amount of information resources involved in the development of an exponential growth. With the deep development of information technology, the value of information resources has become more and more obvious, Heilongjiang Province, more and more equipment manufacturing enterprises begin to pay attention to the construction of information resources, invested a lot of resources construction and development of information resources, information resources rising the important strategic resources for the enterprise development,become an indispensable important resource factor in the production and management of equipment manufacturing industry.In recent years, the construction of information resources of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province has shown initial success. The degree of product intelligent and automation is still a certain gap compared to the domestic advanced provinces. In the new period of the Internet economy, the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province needs to increase the intensity of the construction of industry information resources, make full use of new information technology through technical innovation. To explore the derivative value of information resources of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province, and to exert the influence of information resources endowment on the equipment manufacturing industry and the economic development of Heilongjiang province. Develop the system and standardize the development strategy of information resources construction, and make reasonable planning and guidance to the information resources construction of the relevant enterprises in the industry, strengthen the development and utilization of information resources on the whole.Based on this, this paper studies the information resources construction development mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province based on the resource endowment. Firstly, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information resources construction of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province. Secondly, from two angles, the overall advantages and disadvantages of the model and the requirements of the information resources of the various elements,comparative and analysis of the four information resources construction and development model. Based on that, by analyzing the influence of resource endowment on the construction of information resources, construct the mode of information resources construction development based on the resource endowment, and analyzes the overall framework and the organizational functions of the model. Thirdly, the implementation path of the model is designed. Then this paper uses the information resources abundance index model,estimates the affluent index of information resource, and measures the ownership of all elements of information resource endowment. Through the detailed analysis of the measurement results, study the implementation path of the model. Finally,according to the previous analysis, the security measures for the implementation of the model are put forward.
