Chinese ceramic has a long history;it's a great invention of laboring people in ancient China.In recent years,with economy continuously developing,China's building ceramics production consecutively ranked first in the world.Therefore,China has become the world's production and consumption country.The national 12th five-year plan outline proposed that to accelerate the development of China's urbanization.The Chinese building ceramics industry has shown a strong development in the favorable environment that urban infrastructure across the country continuing to heat up.Driven by the good macro-economic and export trade,China's building ceramics will maintain a high growth rate in next few years.In this thesis,the purpose and significance of the background of the selected topic--the first phase construction project of Anhui XiaoXian's building and ceramics market are expounded.It gives summary and market demand analysis and forecast of the XiaoXian building and ceramics market construction project from several aspects including planning,the actual situation of the construction site,and condition of construction,availability of raw materials,fuel,and power and so on.Then,it gives risk analysis from the aspect of investment estimation,fund raising and economic benefit,meanwhile,it reckons various performance indicators and the risk resisting capabilities of the project,and then identifies the main risk and analyzes the influence extent of different risks,and studies the countermeasures to prevent and reduce risks finally;Also,it evaluates the analysis of the national economy from the perspective of employment and environmental protection of the project,and researches the economic evaluation from the perspective of investors aiming at the characteristics of XiaoXian building ceramics market construction projects,analyzes the feasibility by linking theory with practice.This paper apples the theory of economic evaluation to XiaoXian market construction projects of building ceramics,it not also demonstrates the feasibility of the project but also ensures that the project's actual goals are met.
