The Research On The Coupling Of Knowledge Innovation With Technological Innovation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

High-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises as a mainstay of the manufacturing enterprises,mostly related to the national defense career and the national economic strength,so the high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises play an enormous role in the increase of the national economy.At the same time,countries are promoting innovation in order to improve national economy.Therefore,construct national innovation system,especially the innovation system of knowledge innovation and technological innovation,has been widely attention to the state and scholars.If in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprise internal to unify the knowledge innovation and technological innovation,forming an ordered system,the coordinated development of both will improve innovation effectively.The paper conducts a study on knowledge innovation system components and technology innovation system components of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.On this basis,the coupling of knowledge innovation and technological innovation is measured.In the end,improving the high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling is put forward.In this paper,two aspects of qualitative and quantitative research study the high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling and from the Angle of theory and empirical verify feasibility.First of all,concept high-end equipment manufacturing industry,knowledge innovation,technological innovation and coupling parsing in order to supply research theory basis.Secondly,combined with the scholars on knowledge innovation and technological innovation,so as to put forward the concept of knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling system model,analyze the knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling system of internal relations,the function and process.Thirdly,on the basis of the knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling system of high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises determining the high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling measurement index system which through reliability,validity and fitting test.A case study is pulled into to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the coupling measurement model between knowledge innovation and technological innovation from the empirical perspective.Finally,according to the result of coupling measure make countermeasures of ascension of high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprise knowledge innovation and technological innovation coupling.
