The Research On Emergence Of Knowledge Innovation Ability Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

High-end equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our country's strategic emerging industries,which plays an important role in the rapid growth of China's national economy. At present, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry is in the golden period of rapid development, but the shortcomings of innovation ability of enterprises has been restricting the further development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Knowledge innovation is the source of technology innovation, service innovation and other innovative forms,the importance of knowledge innovation can not be ignored. Therefore, the thesis conducts a study on components and emerging motivation of knowledge innovation ability about high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, pursuing research on the emergence process of knowledge innovation ability. In the end, promoting emerging of knowledge innovation ability is put forward.In this thesis,two aspects of theory and empirical research study the emergence process of knowledge innovation ability on high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. First of all,the thesis deeply analyzes knowledge innovation,knowledge innovation capability system and emergence theory in order to supply research theory basis of emergence process. Secondly, the thesis combines with the research results of scholars and applies method of factor analysis, revealing that knowledge innovation ability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises is made up of knowledge base stock, the ability of knowledge flow and knowledge creation ability, and the dynamic factors of emergence process include government factors, market factors and technical factors. On the basis of results which we have researched, establishing corresponding measuring index system of knowledge innovation ability elements and the emergence, then checking on reliability and validity of the index by selecting the 2010-2014 statistical yearbook data.Thirdly, describing the conditions, process and result of emerging about the knowledge innovation ability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, building the conceptual model of knowledge innovation ability's emergence. From the perspective of empirical, the thesis analyzes the emergence process of knowledge innovation ability by simulation analysis software of Matlab. Finally, according to the result of theoretical and empirical analysis, the thesis giving some advices to promote the knowledge innovation ability's emergence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
