Research On Level Of Evolution Of Knowledge Innovation Ability Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

High-end equipment manufacturing industry is one of the seven major strategic emerging industry in China,plays an important role in the rapid growth of the national economy.Nowadays,high-end equipment manufacturing industry in our country is in the golden period of rapid development,but its innovation ability is insufficient shortcomings have been restricts the further development of domestic high-end equipment manufacturing industry.promotion and development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprise's knowledge innovation ability is the fundamental measures that solving the low degree of industrialization of achievement of high-end equipment manufacturing technology in our country,the lack of independent brand completely researched by ourselves and low international competitive disadvantage.Consequently,this paper takes the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise as the research object,through the analysis of the dimension of knowledge innovation ability and level,expand the study of evolution process of knowledge innovation ability level,to promote the evolution of high-end equipment enterprise knowledge innovation ability put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of knowledge innovation in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and define knowledge innovation ability;From the perspective of swarm intelligence,analyzing the swarm intelligent characteristics of knowledge innovation ability and putting forward the dimension of knowledge innovation ability,researching on the interaction result of knowledge innovation capability dimension;On the basis of the dimension of knowledge innovation ability,the level of knowledge innovation ability is defined and exploring the characteristics,stages and mathematical representation of the level of knowledge innovation capability.Secondly,this paper construct the index system of knowledge innovation ability dimension,and carry out reliability test,validity test,correlation analysis for the measure the index system,and validates the rationality of the knowledge innovation measure model proposed in this study,and determines the dimension of knowledge innovation ability.Thirdly,This chapter is based on the dimension of knowledge innovation ability,Jiang WEI's "platform-steps" mode and "entirely" analyses the level of knowledge innovation ability evolution process and evolution path.Building a conceptual model of the evolution of knowledge innovation ability level.Introducing the definition of impulse.in physical mechanics,and building a mathematical model of the evolution of knowledge innovation ability level;the evolution process of knowledge innovation ability level is simulated by the matlab7.0.The simulation results obtained that knowledge innovation ability level to along with the resource change.Internal and external resources allocation,enterprise scale,evolution time affect the evolution of knowledge innovation level.Finally,based on the characteristics of knowledge innovation and high-end equipment manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the evolution of knowledge innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises from the aspect of knowledge innovation ability level and knowledge innovation ability dimension respectively.
