With the rapid growth of the population and economic development, due to the improper utilization of land resources, cause to the attention of the countries of the sustainable use of land resources.Sustainable utilization of land resources is the basis of the food security, resource security and environmental security.This article summarizes related theory and method on the basis of both at home and abroad, As the research area in heilongjiang province administrative scope, heilongjiang province in 2005a-2010a to evaluate the sustainable land use status. This research mainly from the perspective of land resources security, combined with the current situation of land resources in heilongjiang province, from the productivity, production stability, economic feasibility, and resource protection, social acceptability five aspects related to select evaluation index, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the index weight,and by using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model of sustainable land use evaluation in the study area. Of land use in heilongjiang province to provide practical basis,management, etc.Analysis results show that the of heilongjiang province in 2005-2010 years of sustainable land use evaluation, the result of hierarchies, productivity is the overall upward trend, but declined in 2009a, in 2010a at a higher level; Production in 2005a and 2010a to maintain stability in the medium level, during the period of 2006 to 2009, the evaluation results is relatively reduced in 2005a and 2010a two years Economic feasibility is gradually increased from 2005 year to 2009 year, fell in 2010; Resources protection have been the medium level,namely resources protection is relatively reasonable, during the evaluation index from lower levels into high medium level; Social acceptability, medium level gradually decreased from 2005 to the lower level, and the change tendency of the comprehensive evaluation results on the contrary, the impact is not big with the result of comprehensive evaluation. In short, from 2005 to 2010, the sustainable land use in heilongjiang province is a rising trend, but basically at the sustainable development, the future potential of larger ascension.
