Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use At Regional Level

Land is the carrier of all the resources and environmental factors. Its sustainable utilization is most important to the implement of sustainable development strategy. The plundering utilization of land resource is now the menace to human exist and development, which make it much urgent to put the study of land sustainable utilization theory into practice. Land resource sustainable using revalue as a part of sustainable using revalue, it is a standard of Land resource sustainable using revalue, also a important gist of land consolidation, regional planning and land resource utilization. Only has the science to make the appraisal to the land resource using, can use land reasonably and effectively, can safeguard the entire social economy sustainable development. First the thesis elaborate the principles of land sustainable utilization, and then analyze the concerning factors and their relationships according to the natural and social economy status. In the end, we work out an index system on land sustainable utilization evaluation from the four aspects of production stability, economic feasibility, resources production and social acceptable extent. The weigh of indexes are defined by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analyzing; the standardization of indexes are defined by subordinating function of fuzzy mathematics, finally we use mufti-good liner land using of Qianwei county has been increasing for the last seven years functions to calculate the comprehensive values. The values indicate that the sustainability of land using of Qianwei county has been increasing for the last twenty years. Of all, production stability is at the basic sustainable development phase. Land productivity. Hectare crop yield and Multiple Cropping Index limit the productive sustainable development.(2)Resources production is at the sustainable development phase in 2004. But it has the unstable characteristic in 7 years, Its reasons are land resource protection uncontrollablity and Policy measure change. (3) Economic feasibility is from critical sustainable condition to basic sustainable level in the last seven years. Of all, The change of the index of average per person GDP Farmer average per person net income maintains consistently with the change of the economic feasibility. Its rapid growth decided the economic feasibility of land using of Qianwei county has been increasing in the last seven years.(4) The social acceptability develops from the critical sustainable stage to the basic sustainable stage. The active control to Population quantity, the human quality gradually enhancing and Social stable development are the primary Restrictive factors.
