Evaluating The Sustainable Utilization Of Land Resources In Shandong Province

Land is the foundation of human survival, and it is related to the development of economy, the progress of human society and the accumulation of wealth. The prominent contradictions in Shan dong province is that the Population is more and land is less. Land has always been the fundamental and strategic major issues in the process of modernization. Economy in Shan dong province develops into the new normal, which is in the economic growth in schedule, throes of structural adjustment.So, realizing the sustainable utilization of land is a kind of inevitable choice under the pressure of the population, resources and environment in the transformation of economic development patterns of development. Through summarizing the theory of sustainable land use evaluation, the method and technology at home and abroad in the paper, we build the evaluation index system of sustainable land use basing on the transformation of economic development patterns from land natural resources,economic and social aspects and use the entropy method and the method of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model of the study area in 1987-2009 to make an evaluation of the sustainable land use system in Shan dong province. The research and evaluation research main conclusions are as follows:1. With the improving of the economic development stage, the correlation between land and economic growth in unceasingly increases, and the correlation of capital and labor is characterized by weakening. In all stages of economic development, land as one of the major factors of production to the role of economic development should not be ignored, and in the process of economic development, the contribution rate of land is bigger and bigger.2. Through the index and the model to calculate the overall level of sustainable land use degree index in shandong province and the sustainable utilization degree of each criterion layer index, evaluation result is: the degree of sustainable land use in shandong province is at a level of generalization, its value has risen from 0.189 in1987 to 0.789 in 2009, is on the rise as a whole. But according to the different economic development stage table judging the abstraction of the land usecharacteristics, land use and economic development level is not harmonious3. Through the analysis of the single index of diagnosis to sustainable land use in Shandong province, and the reference index of deviation factor contribution rate to determine the main influence factors, by comparing the results, determine the average per capita arable land area, the proportion of the income of urban and rural residents,the right to use construction land output value per unit area, per capita land area, fixed assets investment is a major obstacle to sustainable land use in Shan dong province.
