Under the background of Innovation 3.0,the production and innovation mode of manufacturing enterprises, along with the unprecedented development of high-tech like Big Data, Intelligent Manufacturing and Mobile Internet, is quietly undergoing changes.Technological Innovation Ecosystem of Manufacturing Enterprises (TIEME) is comes into being and helps to discover new characteristic and new demands of the traditional manufacturing sector. Research on technology diffusion impetus is the theoretical basis of technology diffusion in the meantime. However, neither studies on TIEME nor research on technology diffusion impetus is still not complete. Centering on the discussion of "how does technology diffusion happen" and "what the dynamic process does technology diffusion undergo",this paper from the perspective of four dimensions, namely Diffusion Plant,Diffusion Source, Diffusion Lodge, Diffusion Field, seriously explores the spatial-temporal evolutionary regularity of technology diffusion impetus in TIEME. In doing so, it also finds the endogenous explanation of spatial-temporal evolutionary regularity since the impetus factors vary over time. It is of vital theoretical value and practical guiding significance for promoting technology diffusion and improving technical output in TIEME.Firstly, this paper defines the theoretical issues related to TIEME. After summarizing the conception, the diffusion paths and the spatial-temporal rationale of technology diffusion in TIEME, this paper determines the four-dimensional origins of technology diffusion impetus and extracts impetus factors of corresponding dimensions.Secondly, this paper presents the hypotheses on the relationship between impetus factors and diffusion efficiency of technology diffusion. Based on the structural equation model, the forementioned hypotheses are then empirically validated through a survey of the New Energy Vehicle Innovation Ecosystem in Jilin province.Thirdly, this paper uses Limits-to-growth of system impetus to analyze the growth trend of technology diffusion impetus with the help of feedback loop, Causes Tree, Uses tree. This paper also provides an endogenous cause to explain the spatial-temporal evolutionary regularity of technology diffusion impetus on condition that some impetus factors vary over time.Finally, responses and suggestions enhancing technology diffusion impetus are discussed in terms of the Limits-to-growth and the spatial-temporal evolutionary regularity of technology diffusion impetus in TIEME.
