The implementation of government supportive policies has a good effect on new energy vehicle industry since 2009.Consequently,an incredibly growing number of traditional automobile manufacturers combined with battery suppliers have been attracted to this brand new industry as well as other relative enterprise resources,which grants the industry a great leap forward.Nevertheless,Chinese policies on NEV industry lacks variety,letting manufacturers can't expand production scale immediately as market requires them to.Based on the examples in Zhejiang,this paper describes a typical NEV supply chain network and designs a zone-like NEV supply chain to improve network efficiency.This paper then concludes that the current policies consist of two factors: a subsidy and a constraint to get subsidy.Reasonably,we develop a model including one battery supplier and one NEV automobile manufacturer,and one including two similar NEV manufacturers,to find out the impact that policies have on the supply chain.Under different subsidy modes with different constraints,we obtain optimal solutions for supply chain members under two different supply chains.By discussing the manufacturer's optimal solutions,the paper puts out a meaningful range of constraint factor.Numerical analysis shows how profit of manufacturer changes with policy factors.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to make the policies more effective.
