The information needs of farmers, farmerssolve the problem a top priority. However, in actual rural work, the farmers’ demandfor information has been high, and demand is relatively simple. Factors which leadto the information needs of the farmers there have been such a situation? Thesolution to this problem is not only the starting point, we studied the problem offarmers’ information needs "three-dimensional rural problems" to resolve thebreaking point.In the first chapter, it introduces the research background and research value offarmers’ information needs at first, and then described in the research status on theproblem of farmers’ information needs, and also elaborated on the research methodsand ideas. The next second, the concept of farmers’ information needs were defined,described the innovation diffusion theory and the theory of public goods. In the third,fourth chapter, this article before the article introduces the theory-based, combinedwith the actual survey and related data to the rural areas of Changchun City, anempirical model by logistic analysis to identify the main factors to affect the farmers’information needs in Changchun City these factors, age, gender, educational level,the government propaganda satisfaction, medical insurance, agricultural insurance,the willingness to pay. Finally, the main factors of the Changchun City farmers’information needs for the empirical analysis, this article from different angles, a number of recommendations to improve the level of farmers’ information needs inChangchun City.In this paper, the farmers in Changchun city has been paying attention to localconditions, which is the main feature of this paper.
