| In 2015,Prime minister Li Keqiang first proposed the "Internet+" action plan in Government Work Report during the 12th National People’s Congress third conference. In the advent of "internet+",the market push forward reform of all trades and professions. In the era of "internet+",Some sectors of traditional industries may be adversely affected, such as traditional manufacturing industry, which facing the bottle-neck of development. In the other hand, it brings out comprehensive subversion and revolution, more open and symmetry information, and customers being endowed with more rights. Personalized products replace mass production of goods, and changes of management model resulting in the decentralization and the collapse of pyramid structure. Employee incentive mode also has corresponding adjustments, and organizational boundaries are becoming more obscure, in some cases being disappeared.Industrial transformation not only means merely technical improvement, also means more deep-seated self-subversion, organizational change and evolution of management model. Market competition has been restored, and product strategy is the enterprise competition strategy core. In such environment, if there are problems of present product,what should we do with management?This paper takes CP as research objects, sufficiently researching and analyzing those present-product managing problems which are vital to enterprise’s survival and development. After investigating two types of mobile phone manufacturers, HUAWEI representing the traditional ones and Letv standing for the emerging ones, the author has proposed a new product managing concept. The new concept includes four parts, namely,adaptive adjustment to management teams, endowing PM with more rights and liabilities,PM responsibility system binding with product lifecycle management, closed -loop management of requirement-development-requirement.In order to realize enterprise’s innovative development and product management, the author also proposes the virtual operation model and suggests motivating the PM’s enthusiasm and innovative thinking,cultivating and recruiting interdisciplinary talents.Only then can they fulfill those suggestions, product lifecycle management would be promoted. Besides, Virtual Operation can let the PMs continuously maintain the profit pattern of innovation, and became the great driving force to promote the development of enterprise. |
