Based on the theory of sustainable development and system theory, this paper constructs the sustainable development index system based on the advanced research results at home and abroad, takes Wuhan city as an example, constructs the theoretical framework of urban agriculture tourism development system in Wuhan, The evaluation and analysis of urban agricultural tourism in Wuhan City draw the following conclusions:(1) urban agricultural tourism must take the road of sustainable development, we must use the system thinking and methods to understand and analyze. The sustainable development of urban agriculture tourism system consists of three aspects: "industrial economy","resource environment" and "social culture", which can realize the three functions of urban and rural coordination, environmental protection and social benefit.(2) During the period from 2009 to 2015, the sustainable development index of urban agricultural tourism resources in Wuhan City was relatively stable, and the trend of the sustainable development of urban tourism resources continued to increase from 0.4291 to 0.6691 in 2012, To 0. 5124, 2013-2015 and continued to rise from 0.6485to 0.9531. It shows that the rapid development of economy and society in Wuhan, while maintaining the stable development of urban agricultural tourism ecological environment,shows that the economic and social development of Wuhan City has gradually emerged from the speed of attention gradually to the economic and ecological development of the transition.(3) During the period from 2009 to 2015, the urban agro-tourism economic index of Wuhan showed a clear growth trend, from the relatively low level of 0.0562in 2009 to 1.56445in 2015, indicating that Wuhan City in recent years to promote urban agriculture tourism The urban agriculture tourism industry has been growing rapidly, and the growth trend is obviously higher than that of urban agriculture.
