Research On Customer Satisfaction Of Environmental Facilities In Science And Technology Museum

The science museums has played a huge and positive exemplary role in the cultivation of the whole society science atmosphere,improve the scientific and cultural quality of citizens,promote social science and technology innovation and it made a great contribution to China's construction of a scientific and technological innovation country.In the study of science museums in China,the environmental facilities,which are the representative of the hardware conditions of the science museum,are less likely to be the object of the study.The concentration of the research is on the performance evaluation of the staff of the science museum and the performance or technology of the science museum's exhibition.As part of the self-marketing of tourist attractions,there are few environmental facilities in science and technology museum that can greatly affect the experience and motivations of customers visiting science and technology museums.Therefore,the theoretical meaning of this writing is the investigation of Wuhan Science and Technology Museum to construct a set of suitable customer satisfaction model of Wuhan Science and Technology museum facilities,and provide some reference for the future research in this area.The practical significance of this paper is the organic combination of science and technology museum,software and hardware facilities to improve the operational level of science and technology museum and the effective management of people satisfaction,enhance the science and technology museum,Wuhan Museum of Science and Technology to further enhance the effectiveness of social science.This paper will take the Wuhan Science and Technology museum facilities and environmental science museum customer as the research object,using literature analysis method and evaluation method,the customer satisfaction theory and customer requirement theory as the basis,make the questionnaire survey on four aspects related to environmental science and technology museum facilities for a number of specific hardware facilities,fully understand analysis and visit the museum of science and technology group characteristics,customer specific behavior and satisfaction to visit these hardware facilities.By using the SPSS statistical software,analysis of four aspects of science and technology museum facilities,the museum of science and technology,environment,science and technology museum tour guide facilities,museum of science and technology,science and technology museum and exhibition hall layout of public service facilities and customer satisfaction,through the factor analysis method to study the specific evaluation factors mean and factor reliability statistics,thus obtains the visual data customer satisfaction and analyzing the environmental facilities involved in science and technology museum in the field of customer satisfaction to make an objective evaluation and put forward improvement measures on the Wuhan Science and Technology museum environment facilities.The innovation of this paper is the science and technology museum facilities scattered items were sorted and integrate it into the overall concept of environment science and technology museum,and is divided into four specific aspects of innovation in research perspective,research and application of research perspective.
