With the development of tourism and the increasing torrism demand, domestictourism has entered in the stage of industrial integration, the boundaries amongtourism, agriculture, industry, other industries in the tertiary industry was increasinglyblurred and relevance increased, tourism denotation and connotation of the industrycontinues was expanded, the tourism industry could promote more open form of thecombination of all walks of life. A series of new industry and product appearedpopular science tourism, science and technology tourism came into being. It was notonly effective integration of city resources, public resources and industrial resources,and greatly enriched the connotation of urban tourism and enhanced the level oftourism products, tourism, creative industries and technology industries organic, madecombination of high-level cultural tourism. This emerging tourism was developedincreasingly which was informative, interesting, and educational and leisure. Therepresentative of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum in2010was namedthe first national5A-class science tourist attractions, could compare with Huangshan,Guilin and other tourist attractions,it is a successful example of the development ofthe tourism industry convergence,and had great significance to enhance the overallquality of modern tourism. The academia paid little attention to the Emerging Scienceand Technology Museum tourism and the research to the one only remained on theexhibit design, marketing or management and less concerned about Science andTechnology Museum visitors. In order to meet the Science and Technology Museumtourists’needs and the expectations,it is necessary to do some research on theirmotivation and satisfaction, which would rich tourism theory of science andtechnology museum visitors and give advice to the management of the the Scienceand Technology Museum.Based on the relevant theory in Science and Technology Museum tourism andtaken Hefei Science and Technology Museum as a case study and Science andTechnology Museum tourists as the research object, the theory of psychology,sociology, tourism geography, Marketing are used.The paper explored the Science and Technology Museum tourists’motivational behavior, the behavior of visitors andSpatial behavior and the satisfaction of museum. SPSS statistical software and Amossoftware to analyze the data, factor analysis method to analyze the main factor of theScience and Technology Museum tourists’motivation, independent samples T-test andone-way ANOVA analysis of factors related to demographic characteristics of thecrowd, the mean sorting adopted to know the factor intensity. Descriptive analysisrevealed that the behavioral characteristics of the Science and Technology Museumvisitors travel, consumption, and space; the chi-square test revealed the differencesbetween the behavior of the local and foreign tourists; mean sort indicators revealedsatisfaction; multiple linear regression analysis the main factors of satisfaction andanalyzed the key indicators of satisfaction factors by IPA method to identify the urgentneeds of Science and Technology Museum.Accordingly to build the structuralequation model.Depth interviews revealed the Science and Technology Museum’sdevelopment advice.Qualitative coding techniques revealed the barriers to thedevelopment of the Science and Technology Museum and management measures.
