Farmland changing market development is rapid,farmland subcontract and rent farmland in 2014 accounted for 82%of the farmland circulation area.Farmland transfer dispute began to increase at the same time,the farmland circulation in 2014 accounting for 40.06%of all the proportion of agricultural land disputes caused by disputes.Existing research shows that the relational contract causes the contract is not standard is the main cause of farmland transfer disputes,therefore,reduce farmland circulation dispute should increase the relational contract.The influence of trust on farmland leasing contract choice for related research,more concentrated in the trust between relatives influence of relational contract.Trust study trust unrelated to choose less farmland leasing contract.Based on this character in this paper,we study the influence of trust on farmland leasing contract choice.Use of xuyi,jiangsu province and hubei jianli survey data,the following conclusions:Conclusion 1:this paper argues that non-farm income,the higher the economic position,others for its recognition is higher,the higher the character of trust.This article USES the tools of non-agricultural income variables to test the character of trust concluded that the influence of non-agricultural income has a significant influence on character of trust,when other conditions unchanged,non-agricultural income per an increase of 10000 yuan,increased by 0.2075 character trust.By the fixed number of year of the education has a significant influence on character of trust,when other condition is constant,the education of every increase 1 year,character trust increased by 0.071 and by the higher education level,on the one hand,shows that the strength of comprehensive ability,the higher the social recognition.On the other hand,the higher the level of education,the higher social status,the more respected,the better the reputation,so the higher character trust.Health has a significant influence on character of trust,when other condition is constant,the better the health character of trust,the better.Gender,age,occupation category,regional status has no effect on character of trust.Conclusion 2:from contract characteristics,land trust the lessor character is higher,the more attention to maintain the reputation,the more likely they choose to complete and specification of relational contract to reduce the farmland transfer disputes.From reduce opportunism,the higher the lessor character trust,based on the reputation mechanism,reduce opportunism tendency,the more he pays attention to the standardization of the contract to restrain the lessee opportunism behavior,so as not to cause its reputation and property losses.This paper adopts ivprobit trust model test of character for the relational contract choose to intend to draw a character trust has a significant influence on the relational contract choice intention,significance level of 1%.Marginal effect is 0.399,namely the character trust every increase 1 unit,the selection of relational contract probability increased by 0.399 on average.Regional virtual variables have an impact on the choice of the relational contract will,economic level of the marginal effect of relational contract choice intention is 0.851,shows that the higher economic level,the more choice of relational contract will.Gender,age,level of education,health has no effect on the relational contract choice intention.At the end of the paper from increasing fixed number of year of the farmers affected by education and promote employment suggest two ways to cultivate character trust,increasing the fixed number of year of the education policy proposals include two aspects:a perspective from the central government from increased spending on education,and more investment on rural vocational education from two aspects;From the perspective of local government from consolidate the nine-year compulsory education,pay more attention to the matching of rural vocational education investment.At the same time,the central government should strengthen management and supervision of local government.Ways to promote employment:one is to increase employment post.Second,reasonable system of minimum wages,increase the non-agricultural income.Three is to perfect new rural cooperative medical care system,nationwide implementation of the "new farming close"across regions and settlement..
