The contract is a sign of mutual agreement. It can promote the emergence of surplus cooperation, and the choice of contractual forms can have a profound impact on the distribution of cooperation surplus, the expectations of both parties and the protection of rights and interests. With the ever-increasing scale of land transfer,it is necessary to strengthen the research on farmer's land transfer contracts.China is in a transitional period.Traditional social rules and modern economic rules will coexist for a long time.Farmers' contract selection behavior may be affected by the background of this era. Therefore, the choice of land contract for rural households may have both economic and social characteristics. At the same time, the choice of contracts includes the measurement of self-interest,and the determination of farmland rights as a kind of institutional reform, which gives legal protection to the farmer's land.Under the condition of stable property rights,it will help rural households to expand the scope of circulation targets and increase the probability of written contracts. On the other hand, the stability of property rights will help reduce the risk of opportunism and default in transactions, and reduce the possibility of infringement of farmers' land. This will increase the general trust of farmers to the party and reduce the probability of written contracts. In order to verify the above judgments, this paper starts from the perspective of social relations in the trust landscape, based on a questionnaire survey of 347 land-transfer rural households in Guanyinge Town,Boluo County,Guangdong Province, and conducts a study on farmer land contract selection.Using trust as an intermediary to explore the deep logic of the contractual modes of farmland ownership and agricultural land circulation, and constructing a panel data model with circulation groups as a “time dimension” to estimate the overall relationship between the right and contract;further, trust As an intermediary, examine the mediating effects of the three. The results show that: The farmer's land transfer contract choice is greatly influenced by social relations such as trust level. When the partner's kinship relationship with their own and their geographical relationship are farther away, the probability of farmers choosing a written contract is higher. With the development of market-oriented transformation, the expansion of farmer's trading radius, under the protection of formal institutions such as the affirmation of power, farmer households tend to choose more standardized written contracts in agricultural land circulation transactions. On the other hand, the land transfer contract is not a Western-style “replacement of institutional trust”but an intermediate transitional product that is mingled with modernity and tradition. The high degree of symmetry between trust and information formed in the long-term game has greatly reduced the risk of farmer's transactions. The rules of humanity have become an important rule in the circulation of farmland. With universal trust as the intermediary, the right to increase the general trust of rural households has led to a reduction in farmer households.Between the formal contract levels. It is further shown that the national formal system is intervening in the rural informal system and its role in the mechanism of action;the macro mechanism's mechanism for changing the micro-behavior is complex, and its mechanism of action exists in many ways;macro-system changes in the micro-behavior may go through There is a certain path for the factors of the concept to take effect. Finally, the actual performance and expected performance of the system are sometimes not completely coincident. When the system is formulated,it often needs to consider other edge effects and the consequences.
