Research On Planning Conflict Area Diagnosis And Coordination Measures Of Yangzhou

With the rapid development of China's society and economy,urbanization and industrialization need a lot of new construction land as a support.The rapid expansion of the construction land scale,rapidly decreasing land resources,and the limited land resource supply needing to meet the demand of unlimited multi objective land use,caused the conflict between supply and demand of land resources have become increasingly prominent.The overall land use planning and overall urban planning lead the overall direction of regional economy and society development,they play a vital role in determining the reasonable land use spatial layout and easing the contradiction between land supply and demand.However,the land planning and urban planning have contradictions and conflicts during the formation and implementation,these will lead to unreasonable land use,exacerbating the contradiction between land supply and demand,then hindering the development of social economy.Therefore,it has very important significance to research the diagnosis and coordination measures of planning conflict area.This paper gives a comprehensive review of related research,based on the lack of existing research,have a research on the diagnosis and coordination measures of planning conflict area.Combined with the spatial analysis ability of geographic information system,research the conflict zone size,distribution characteristics and regional differences;propose the coordinated measures for planning conflict according to different conflict areas,then carry out land suitability evaluation in the study area of construction.During constructing the evaluation index system,not only consider the common construction land suitability factors,such as the natural and social economic factor,in the evaluation index system,the study also take the ecological security factors into consideration by suiting measures to local conditions.Using entropy method to determine the index weight,while select multi factor weighted comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the construction land suitability grade.In addition,make partition scheme optimization of suitability evaluation which based on the theory of landscape ecology,provide a scientific basis for the rationality,to provide a scientific basis for verifing the suitability evaluation results and guiding the layout adjusting of construction land of the land planning conflict area.The results of the study show that:(1)use construction land suitability evaluation results to guide the adjustment of conflict area,and adjust the construction land layout of conflict area according to evaluation zoning optimal scheme,the method is feasible and the result is consistent with the objective reality,which can enrich the research methods of planning conflict.(2)by combined with the theory of landscape ecology,carry out the zoning optimal scheme study of construction land suitability evaluation,which can provide a measurable standard for the rationality of suitable evaluation results,and also provide scientific basis for the establishment and adjustment of planning.
