An Exploratory Study Of Social Enterprises In The Field Of Agriculture

The agriculture relates to the survival of the people,is the first industry of our country.In the development of the process,the agriculture facing a series of problems.For example,the agricultural producers and consumers lack of trust,it’s difficult for farmers to increase income,the fertility is declining,the environmental pollution,the aging population of agriculture is increasing.Social enterprises as a new organizational form,solving social problems with commercial form.The author according to the experience in the past six months,adopting case study,participant observation,unstructured interviews,takes the Y institutions as the research object,analysis the social enterprise’s exploration and practice in the field of agricultural.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance,then the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized,finally introduces the ideas and methods and related theories.The second chapter combs social enterprise’s related basic knowledge.Introducing its definition,standards,classification and current situation and characteristics in our country.The third chapter is the case study of Y mechanism.Discusses the ways to achieve social goal,analyze the enterprise operation pattern of social enterprise,the social value and the development experience.The fourth chapter discusses the difficulties of social enterprises in the agricultural exploration and strategies,not only the external environment but social enterprises themselves.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the discussion,discusses the contribution,the limitation and the reflection.
