In today's world,industrial integration becomes a new economic phenomenon,which is increasingly becoming an important factor for the improvement of industrial competitiveness and competitive advantage among large countries.Agriculture and tourism integration development)(hereinafter referred to as farming brigade fusion development has now become one of the new forms of rural tourism,not only for the development of agriculture has injected vigor,also bring new opportunities for the development of tourism.This article through to the study of the theory of industrial convergence,industry structure optimization,is pointed out that farmers brigade fusion between agricultural industry and tourism industry through science and technology innovation,product innovation,market innovation and the innovation of the enterprise organization form,especially the introduction of the science and technology of the Internet,break through the boundary of original agriculture industry and tourism industry,resources for new integration of the two industries,to form a new agricultural and tourism industries of new products,new services,new markets and new enterprise organization form,between agriculture and tourism resources integration and restructuring process.The author in the development and farmers' brigade fusion both at home and abroad on the basis of the analysis of external environment,based on fumin county of yunnan province,from the perspective of industrial convergence,using literature analysis,field investigation,case analysis,and quantitative methods of qualitative analysis,find out problems,analyze and solve problems,try to find suitable future tour fumin agricultural integration development pattern,the development ideas and specific measures.
