With the advent of the information age, more and more enterprises have introduced enterprise social networks into their internal enterprises to support knowledge sharing and communication among employees.Employees’ behaviors of browsing and forwarding blog posts in the enterprise social network promote the rapid spread of information in the enterprise social network. If the behavior patterns of employees in enterprise social networks can be found out,it is of great significance for enterprises to conduct scientific organization and management, construct enterprise culture and share knowledge through enterprise social networks. However,it is not clear what factors influence employees’ behavior on corporate social networks.Based on the above background, this paper applies the relevant technology of text analysis to analyze the blog content of enterprise social network and model the employee behavior in enterprise social network. This study conducted an empirical study based on the massive blog data and relevant personal information of an enterprise social network platform of a communication operator in China in 2012.LDA topic clustering algorithm was used to extract the topics from the blogs, and then co-training algorithm was used to classify all the blogs.According to the information of the personnel department,it adopts the staff rank to identify the identity of employees in the enterprise social network. The information transfer model in the enterprise social network is constructed to generate the interaction relationship between the categories of blog posts and employee ranks, and to predict the forwarding behavior of employees. Finally, the feasibility of this model is verified by comparing it with other models in the past. The research conclusions of this paper are as follows.First,in the enterprise social network, the more the number of enterprise ranks, the more detrimental to the transmission of influence from the top to the bottom;Second, employees with higher ranks were more likely to post work-related blog posts, while employees with lower ranks were more likely to post life-related blog posts.Thirdly, appropriate restrictions on blog posts related to life in the corporate social network can promote the social network to focus on work topics. The research results are helpful for enterprises to further understand the employee behaviors in the enterprise social network, and provide practical guidance for enterprises to use the enterprise social network for organizational management, cultural construction and knowledge dissemination in the future,so as to meet the deeper social network management needs of enterprises.
