The Study Of The Mechanism Of Servitization Transformation Of Manufacturing Enterprises Riven Under The Integration Of Industrialization And Informatization In Wenzhou

The Informatization of main western developed countries is after their industrialization,our country's industrialization is accompanied by the occurrence of industrialization,therefore, under the realistic background of China, it is of great strategic significance to take the new industrialization road with the core connotation of the integration of industrialization and informatization.From the Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China(2002), for the first time put forward the "Promote industrialization with informatization, promote informatization with industrialization" to "China made 2025",the integration of industrialization and informatization is always been the core issue in the process of economic and social development.With the extensive penetration of information technology in R&D, design,manufacturing,operation and management, marketing services and other segments,manufacturing development model is also undergoing profound changes,the traditional boundaries between manufacturing and service are disappearing,servitization of manufacturing is becoming the most notable feature and trend. On the one hand, servitization of manufacturing it's the product of the change of user demand and competitive advantage,on the other hand, is driven by technology. The integration of industrialization and informatization provide technical support for servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises,it's become the booster of the current development of servitization of manufacturing.However, up to now, there is no literature to explain the mechanism between the integration of industrialization and informatization and servitization transformation of manufacturing.This paper is based on Wenzhou's practice,and focus on the study of the mechanism of servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises driven under the integration of industrialization and informatization.Research finds that there are differences in the degree of integration of industrialization and informatization and pattern of servitization transformation,the mechanism between them is different also.Footwear&Clothing industry is better in the front-sales and back-logistics,the patterns of it's servitization transformation are more focused on product performance enhancements oriented and transaction convenience oriented.The integration of industrialization and informatization of accessory industry for Cars and motorcycles/pen manufacturing industry/electrical fittings industry is better in automated production and process improvement, they are less involved in the three types of servitization transformation within the scope of this study.Electricity and wind power industry is better in R&D, the pattern of it's servitization transformation are more focused on integrated solution.Further through a large sample investigation of 15 manufacturing industries in many industrial Zones, 250 questionnaires were sent out, and the196 valid questionnaires were returned.Empirical results further revealed exploitative learning plays intermediary role between the integration of industrialization and informatization and product performance enhancements oriented servitization transformation. Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between the integration of industrialization and informatization and transaction convenience oriented servitization transformation. Exploratory learning have partial mediating effect on the relationship between the integration of industrialization and informatization and on integrated solution oriented servitization transformation. Finally, on the basis of this, puts forward some suggestions for the government and enterprises.
