Manufacturers seek service-led growth to secure their existing positions and continue to grow in increasingly competitive environments. However, the research on the relationship between enterprise service and the profitability of the business is still in the primary stage, many manufacturing industry invested much resource, but it can not increase the enterprise performance.Therefore, It draw exploring more and more academical attention to explore other influencing factors that influence the relationship between service offering and enterprise performance.Based on reviewing literature on service offering,customer loyalty research and study on supply chain integration,Based on the transaction cost theory,we constructed manufacturing enterprise service, service performance, supply chain integration and business performance relationship model.Based on prior study we divided services into two dimensions, named product support services(SSP) and support customer service(SSC). Enterprise performance was measured by financial performance, we explored the relationship between two types of service and firm performance, in addition, the service performance of the utility to explain to provide services, and customer loyalty for the service provided and the output performance of, supply chain integration used to explain supplier integration and customer integration of service providers and the moderating effect of relationship between enterprise performance. This study to IMSS database in 155 Chinese manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, data analysis and statistical software was used to analyze the reliability and validity analysis and model predictive and explanatory power.On the basis of this, through correlation analysis and hierarchical regression method the research hypothesis was verified, and verified the hypothesis or not, given the corresponding explanation and managerial implications are obtained according to the research conclusion.The results show that the service offering has a significant positive impact on firm performance,two types of service can have indirect effect on enterprise performance through the service performance,supplier integration only have significant moderating effect on the relationship between product support services(SSP) and service performance, customer integration only have significant moderating effect on the relationship between customer support service(SSC) and service performance. customer integration is verified. According to the empirical analysis results, the mechanism of supply chain integration’s impact on the relationship between servitization and confirm performance is analyzed, and strategies about how to use the results of the research are put forward.
