The Application Of Earned Value Method In Project Cost Management Of Military And Scientific Research Units

Project cost management is an indispensable part of military scientific research project.Efficient and scientific project cost management method is of great significance to ensure the successful completion of military scientific research projects.At the same time,with the continuous development of military technology,military scientific research have difficulty to meet the needs of existing projects with previous cost management methods.It is operational to use the earned value method to manage the cost of the project in most military research projects.This paper studied the project cost management method based on the previous attempt,and used earned value method for the cost management of project in the military scientific research to explore the effectiveness and operability and put forward some suggestions.This paper used the related knowledge of project cost management,taking H project in X military scientific research units as an example,and used the methods of literature research,comparative research and case study to explore the application of earned value method in project cost management in military research.First of all,this paper analyzed and summarized the earned value method in the process of project cost management in military units through the knowledge about project cost management and earned value.Secondly,this paper expounded the present situation of cost management of the X military scientific research unit and analyzed the characteristics and problems of it.Next,the process and effect of the application of earned value method in the H project process were discussed.Finally,it summarized the problems of the application of earned value method in the H project,and put forward to strengthen the scientific research project quality cost control and promote scientific research project cost management information construction improvement suggestions..This paper fully discussed the feasibility of using the earned value method as the project cost management method in the project feasibility in military research through theoretical research and case analysis.The method can not only control the cost,but also control the schedule of the scientific research project through the data analysis.The application research confirmed it。However,there are still some deficiencies in the application of earned value method,this paper puts forward some simple suggestions for improvement,and further research is needed.
