Corporate executives’ equity incentive to improve the enterprise management efficiency,has important significance to alleviate the conflicts of interest,shareholders and managers to increase performance,has been a hot topic of concern in practice and theoretical circles and discussion.In the existing research,the author mainly focuses on the problems of executive equity incentive and corporate performance,and most of them are based on empirical analysis.Based on the above background,this paper uses the "HX executive equity incentive plan" to study the case of the executive stock incentive of the enterprise,and finally puts forward the optimization of the equity incentive plan.The research in this paper is as follows: first,incentive effect on corporate performance to analyze the equity incentive concept,related theory and equity,lay the theoretical foundation of case analysis;then the status quo of the development of equity incentive for executives of Listed Companies in China are analyzed.The research status of the macro level of equity incentives and problems;then the main content in the foundation,the incentive and the enterprise equity overview HX appliance on the use rate of return on assets,return on net assets,cost utilization rate,earnings per share,net profit growth rate,the growth rate of business income and other financial indicators and stock price fluctuation K-line of HX electrical profitability,development ability and implementation the stock market performance of equity incentive were analyzed before and after treatment.Based on the above research,the author found that the HX appliance equity incentive amortization scheme in moderate exercise price and equity at reasonable cost,and the company’s growth rate and the rate of return on net assets increased rapidly in the duration of the implementation of equity incentive in net profit,the equity incentive plan has a certain role in promoting corporate performance.However,in the equity incentive plan after the assessment period HX electrical performance decline,executives also failed to ease the loss of talents,and the effective period of the equity incentive performance evaluation index is too loose,that there are still many defects in the equity incentive plan.Aiming at these defects,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement:Firstly,HX appliance in the implementation of equity incentive plan,should be excellent experience of other period of the implementation of equity incentive of listed companies,equity incentive model combined by stock options and stock appreciation rights combination;Secondly,the number of stock options granted to senior management should be increased to reduce the loss of executive talent;Thirdly,we should improve the scale of the original equity incentive plan to reduce the loss of talent;Fourth,it should be appropriate to extend the HX equity incentive program to allow enterprises to improve the performance of continuous improvement;Fifth,in addition to the assessment index should be added in the original scheme,the company culture,interpersonal relationship,team construction and innovation ability to measure and evaluation,customer satisfaction,market share of "soft index".
