We all need food every day.The social division of labor is more and more clear,people's life is getting better and better,more and more people are eating out.Food is a huge market,but at the same time barriers to low,competition is intense.This requires a competitive market by looking for differentiated positioning to remain competitive.Through this restaurant features the theme of the design,high quality service and authentic Thai food to make the customer feel the Thai culture and exotic in all directions,to create elegant and comfortable dining environment,which is suitable for dating and friends to get-together,business negotiations.High quality dishes,having a unique style of decoration,the combination of the high quality of service and Thai handicraft is a feature of the restaurant,with high added value is the main source of attracting customers to create profits.Restaurant service and quality to high-end,but on the pricing is not so high.The realization of high quality,low price needs to achieve efficient management,the management innovation.The general situation of the theme restaurant project of Thaifood is introduced,and the management and organizational structure of the project is described in this business plan at the beginning.Secondly,using PEST analysis and Potter's five forces model,the political and economic environment and industry environment of the project are discussed respectively,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the project are analyzed.Thirdly,the strategies of the company are discussed,including the vision and mission of the enterprise,the strategies both at the company level and the business level.Fourthly,a detailed description of target market positioning,channel strategy,product strategy,pricing strategy,promotion strategy,brand strategy,marketing strategy is made for the project,and financial indicators such as costs and revenues as well as profits within three years are analyzed and forecast.Finally,it draws a conclusion that it is feasible to set up Thailand theme restaurant in china at present.
