In the progress of the times,people's living standards and quality are also increasing.People are looking for the comfort of life,but also pay more attention to the uniqueness of the individual.Some personalized industries have emerged.For the catering industry,the emergence of the unique theme restaurant is the best embodiment of this trend,the theme restaurant.In the catering industry,the development trend is more and more obvious.The city culture theme restaurant is a theme restaurant with unique urban cultural characteristics,which can provide consumers with delicious dishes and make consumers experience different urban culture.While inheriting and carrying forward the traditional city culture,it makes more outstanding contributions to the creation of economic and social benefitsThe space production of urban culture theme restaurant is the urban cultural tradition and core expressed by the dining space environment.Today,with the rapid development of new modern cities,there are many problems in the production of urban cultural theme restaurants.This paper mainly studies the spatial production of urban cultural space,and makes further research on it.In the course of the study,we find that some existing urban cultural theme restaurants have some problems in the process of space production,such as the neglect of connotation,the flow of space in the form,the serious surface and so on,which leads to the commercialization and stage of the city theme culture.Cultural space production is not only the remanufacturing process of culture,but also the process of consolidating and developing culture through a series of activities with a certain carrier.This article is based on the theoretical basis of cultural space production,according to the viewpoint of the owner of the management right of the theme restaurant and the direction of the government,combined with the opinions of the diners and the deep excavation of the cultural connotation of the city to integrate the subject of the theme restaurant.Then according to the questionnaire survey data of Tianjin city culture theme restaurant,the four dimension production model of government,capital,people and culture is summarized,the relationship between the four dimensions is explored,and the relationship between the city culture theme restaurant is analyzed,and the problems in the development of the urban cultural theme restaurant are analyzed from the four dimensions.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Finally,taking the typical urban cultural theme restaurant "old wharf" in Tianjin as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the "old wharf" in Tianjin from the four dimension,and puts forward the feasible countermeasures for the personality problems.
