With the popularity of internet economy,more and more information could be found in the internet.The integration and change of industrial chain are more frequently.How to get more business in a limited market,how to beat the competitions in a fierce saturated environment? IT computer peripherals printer products have been jumped into the Red Ocean market from Blue Ocean.How to study the marketing in internet economy to achievement the biz target,how to focus on the customer and pay attention to user experience,how to provide more customized printing solution,how to push print-related industrial upgrading,which are the market competition participants should think them seriously.This paper focus on Epson China printer sales share growth bottlenecks,inject printer take replace laser printer and other market strategies and issues as the research subject,in-depth discuss and study its marketing strategies.According to the relevant marketing theory and practical experience,it provides recommendations for the marketing strategy.This paper consists of six parts.That includes the printer industry background,Epson China printer business basic situation,focus on customer,analyze and find the problems,challenges and opportunities in internet economy,by using the theories of PEST,SWOT,Michael Porter's Five Forces,etc.The last part is the conclusion of this paper,drawn from the previously analysis of Epson printer marketing strategy,provide STP and 4Cs Opinions and Suggestions.It includes Epson inkjet printer use innovative way for research and analysis,the combination of Internet + and O2O,the change of print-related industrial,and so on.
