Cardiovascular disease is one of the most serious diseases threatening human beings in the world.For patients with cardiovascular disease,it is the most effective and the most effective way to strengthen the statin therapy to reduce the LDL-C based drug therapy.Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets is the "new generation" the statins,the original drug C products worldwide annual sales reached $6 billion 500 million,but in the domestic market has not yet been statins,to achieve the desired objectives,the market share of only 15%,far lower than the main competing products.The Hangzhou market is the first to establish a sales force C market,but also one of the major markets in the country,with a certain representation,the current market share is only 25%,and there is a downward trend.Therefore,the main purpose of this study and the main problems to be solved is how to win the market share of C products in the fierce competition in Hangzhou market.The treatment of disease of C product perspective,combined with the status quo of sales in Hangzhou market,using the PEST theory and SWOT theory,focusing on product positioning,marketing channels,professional promotion,research and analysis of C products in Hangzhou market sales strategy.This paper,based on user segmentation and product segmentation as the foundation,in the face of PCI,stroke,coronary heart disease,diabetes and hyperlipidemia and other diseases where the Department of prescription doctor,provide innovative academic promotion activities;through the integration to expand sales channels,establish and train the sales team to ensure that won C products in Hangzhou market share.This study can provide practical guidance for the marketing of C products in Hangzhou market,and also has some enlightenment to the sales of prescription drugs market.
