With the influence of Internet integration on the traditional enterprise management mode,changing the mode of operation and innovative business model is the consensus of all enterprises.In recent years,China's e-commerce platforms of enterprises continue to grow at the same time.In the homogenization of the competition of traditional enterprises are more and more into the development path.How traditional enterprise integration with the Internet,how to deal with high operating costs,the competitive situation of the enterprise,is a research topic related scholars concern.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars on the network marketing mode of traditional enterprise has carried out extensive research,and has made a lot of research achievements,but for the industrial product manufacturing industry in the face of the new situation of the Internet is comparatively scarce,the specific case study in a traditional manufacturing enterprises as the core concept of development,combined with Internet plus age in order to solve the problem,the current network marketing dilemma for the purpose of the study,carried out relevant research and analysis.This paper fully studies the development trend of network marketing of LED lighting business,combined with the traditional enterprise sales model to the various factors affecting the process of network marketing in transition to analyze,with the network marketing operation mode is the focus of the study,the research results for the domestic current research field of network marketing have a complementary role,have a certain the theoretical and practical significance.In the research framework,the paper which starts from the researching background and significances,analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of network marketing,and summarizes the relevant theories of network marketing.Then this paper analyzes the current Internet development of traditional manufacturing enterprises facing the transformation of marketing requirements,and makes a general analysis of the current industrial product network marketinginnovation model.Then the thesis takes Ningbo A company as the research object,starting from the face of the traditional marketing strategy,strategy analysis of the existing drawbacks,and the marketing network of internal and external environment based on the analysis of PEST and SWOT.Finally,the Ningbo company A traditional marketing strategy,network marketing strategy put forward new proposals,including the development of network marketing,product positioning,brand promotion and channel strategy,supplemented by the corresponding security measures,to promote the company's network marketing development and enhance the competitiveness of the company.This paper fully studies the development trend of network marketing of LED lighting business,combined with the traditional enterprise marketing mode O2 O creation process,analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise marketing mode,then from the market positioning,product design,channel promotion,team building etc.properly and give suggestions for the marketing strategy of the enterprise,help the enterprise enhance the competitive position,and enhance its network marketing profitability,to better adapt to changes in the new situation,to promote the innovation and development of enterprises.
