The rapid development of bank card business in China for Banks play a very important role and influence of various commercial bank will be bank card as important indicators of business development.Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives as a local financial institution,based on the \ "three animal husbandry\" agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the urban and rural community service market positioning is not shaken,give full play to the point,wide noodles,more close to the county rural pastoral areas,service advantage,to perform the social responsibility,the power of the people's livelihood development.In recent years,but also promoted and boost bank card service,based on the Taurus card brand,fully support service \ "three animal husbandry\" agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the local economy.For years in a row since 2008 issue bank CARDS and become the first member of the district 20 debit card issuers,as of late 2015,the hairpin totaled 25.5238 million,up 19% from a year earlier,hairpin quantity in the credit card market share of 20%.As the hairpin quantity increase gradually,bank card business appeared many drawbacks gradually in the process of operation,service,the function is not perfect,at present,problems of marketing is not seriously restricted the healthy development of bank card business,from many aspects,such as bank card types,refining,marketing than other commercial Banks is a big gap.Due to the economy,geography,culture and so on various aspects condition limit,the issue of rural credit cooperatives bank card situation is not optimistic.How to accelerate the development of bank card industry,realize the new profit growth point,is the major opportunities faced by the rural credit cooperatives in Inner Mongolia,is also a serious challenge.In this paper,the author studies on card business mainly refers to the Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives of debit card business,combining with the Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives the development of bank card business,the development status and the gap compared with other commercial Banks,according to the geographical,economic development,according to the related policy document on how to improve the bank card service,in-depth research,aims to put forward concrete strategies to meet the demand of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives of hairpin,shorten in bank card business and other commercial Banks are the gap,which benefits the long-term development of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives bank cardbusiness,the bank card business in the future development of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives widen roads,fill the blank of the rural financial services and further improve the payment and settlement environment of rural pastoral areas,to accept the market environment construction.
