Today，With the economic globalization, an enterprise would not only have tocompare with others in the same industry，but also be influenced by the worldeconomy. At present, many enterprises are transforming from labor-intensiveenterprises to modern enterprises applying advanced management methods. It’s nodoubt that quality is the core competitive power of an enterprise. Therefore, how toimprove the quality of products is the most important question that most modernenterprises consider.This thesis, firstly, does a full literature study on theories of quality managementand states every aspect of quality management in detail, including quality culture，basic principles，quality systems，elemental work of quality management，etc.Secondly， it analyses quality problems of the enterprises and explains thedisadvantages of not making full use of quality management. Thirdly, by takingstatistics with Pareto diagram，run chart and other scientific methods and conductingan analysis on raw material，production process and the quality of finished products, itfinds out the factors that affect the product quality, including unqualified raw material,inappropriate organizational structure， thoughts of employees, etc. At last, byreorganizing the structure of the enterprises and solving the problems of employees,production process, etc. based on the actual situation of the enterprises, it sets up anew quality management system, establishes an excellent quality management teamand forms a strong atmosphere of quality culture. In that case, everyone couldrecognize the importance of quality in every links, such as production, business, sales,etc. and the competitiveness of the enterprises would be enhanced.
