The Research On Process Quality Control System Application Of Central Coal Preparation Plant

The main problem of flowing enterprise facing on production management is process quality control. Matou Coal Preparation Plant, which belongs to Fengfeng Group Co., Ltd., must maintain a high refined coal product qualified rate for satisfing the user's quality demand because of big difference of its raw coal's nature, the ash of refined coal must be in a lower level which leads to a lower yield, creates the economic loss.This thesis embarks from the process quality control theory, unifies the ISO9000 standard, has discussed process quality control of central coal preparation plant, basic concept, implement meaning and enforcement main points and method, and combine Matou Coal Preparation plant as a enterprise example to carry out relatively careful explanation and anatomy. First,the process of quality condition in Matou washery is analysised. The product of refined coal is the research object, and determined its stabilization and improvement coal as quality goal. Secondly, the essential process and key factor of refined coal have been nailed down by utilizing histogram, arrangement chart and process capability index to carry on the analysis process quality. In the aspect of process quality control, it takes controls the charting as the foundation control method, and implemented the comprehensive process quality control to the refined coal product. Finally, proposed a improvement plan for current quality management system of Matou Coal preparation Plant.This paper according to the route of "discover problemâ†'analyse problemâ†'solve problemâ†'improve with optimization", carries on analysis and research to this enterprise's process quality and the quality system. In the research, it has utilized many modern quality management tool, especially some statistical quality managements theory and method. At the same time, it closely related to the actual situation of Matou Washery, established a process quality control system in a more comprehensive and actual way. It also carried on statistics, analysis, synthesis by using the statistical technology to the gathering quality data, discovered the implicit information in data. The control process is concise, usable, is suitable for to popularize. Therefore, this paper has vital significance on quality control management of central coal preparation plant.
