A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Internal Governance Of Xiangtan Trade Association

Trade associations are important bridges and ties between governments and enterprises,with the development of the socialist market economy,it plays an increasingly important role in safeguarding the interests of the trade,standardizing the market order and assisting the government management.The internal governance of the trade association determines the authority and responsibility of each institution through the construction of the organizational structures and the arrangement of a series of institutions,The internal governance of the trade association is to achieve the mutual checks,the mutual balances and the mutual incentives through the decision-making authority,executive authority and supervisory authority of trade associations,to ensure the smooth operation of trade associations,to ensure trade associations to play their own functions.On the basis of elaborating the internal governance connotation,the internal governance structure and the internal governance theory of the trade association,this paper analyzes the present situation of the internal governance of Xiangtan trade Association.We summed up the following questions: the democratization of the decision-making institutions of Xiangtan trade Association is not high,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,the personnel financial system is not perfect and so on.Combining the internal governance theory of trade association helps exploring the reasons for the problems of the internal governance of Xiangtan trade association.On this basis,this article puts forward the countermeasures to improve the internal governance of Xiangtan trade association.
