As China's overall national strength continues to increase,China needs to play a greater role in the international community.According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs,China's exports in 2017 were 15.33 trillion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 10.8 percent, and remained the world's largest exporter of global trade in goods for nine consecutive years. However, trade protectionism has risen again in recent years. In order to maintain and develop their economies, some countries frequently use trade protection measures such as anti-dumping and countervailing measures to impose trade sanctions on China. In the face of these sanctions, companies are difficult to deal with independently and are often at a disadvantage. The experience of Western developed countries shows that industry associations have the function that neither government nor enterprises can replace because of their non-profit and mutual benefits. The practice of working through the collective action of the Association has been widely recognized by the society. Therefore,in order to cope with the complicated domestic and international situation,it is imperative to speed up the implementation of the internationalization strategy of the industry association. The influence of internal governance and leadership is the key to the ability of industry associations to develop an international strategy. Therefore,it is particularly important to clarify the relationship between internal governance and internationalization.Based on the theoretical logic analysis of the impact of internal governance on the internationalization of industry associations, the paper collects data from 182 trade associations in Guangdong Province through empirical research and analyzes the degree of influence of internal governance on the internationalization of industry associations through the structural equation model.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First, the factors that influence the internationalization of industry associations are analyzed from the perspective of internal governance.Second, build a model of industry association influence factors.Once again, relevant data were collected through surveys, questionnaires, and other forms of analysis, and analysis software running models were used.It is concluded that the internal governance mechanism has a positive and relevant influence on internationalization, with an influence coefficient of 0.604.The internal governance structure has a positive impact on internationalization through the mediating effect of financial support, and the indirect impact coefficient is.According to the relevant research results,it is proposed that the promotion of the internationalization level of industry associations requires a series of measures including the establishment of a complete corporate governance model, the establishment of a “Social Organization Law,” and the establishment of a scientific performance evaluation mechanism,to continuously improve the internal governance structure and internal Governance mechanisms to enhance the industry associations themselves.
