In the real world,with the advent of the information explosion era,knowledge is increasingly showing complexity,fuzziness and uncertainty.As a result,the decision-making process exists information asymmetry and hesitation.In order to solve the uncertainty and fuzziness,Molodtsov proposed the concept of soft sets in1999.Since some parameters in the decision-making process have fuzziness(e.g.,high level of English),which can not be purely distinguished by belonging and not belonging,the more can't represent the specific meaning with precise numbers.Considering the above situation,Maji proposed the concept of fuzzy soft set.However,the decision-making evaluation will appear hesitate situation when a decision maker's own knowledge is not comprehensive,the problem is complex or the disagreement appears within the same decision-making group.At this time hesitant fuzzy soft set is a powerful tool to express this situation.Later,some scholars studied the operations,integrated operators and nature on the basis of hesitant fuzzy soft set.Recently,fuzzy soft sets also have been gradually applied to various fields,such as forecasting,classification,medical diagnosis,economic analysis,especially the decision-making problem.But the fuzzy soft sets can not be mechanically applied in different decision-making backgrounds,which should be flexible for different backgrounds.Based on different application backgrounds and other theories,this paper proposes different application methods on the basis of fuzzy soft sets and compares them with existing methods.This paper mainly studies the decision-making methods of existence preference,credibility,index weight and index set with differences.Scholars at domestic and overseas have studied the fuzzy soft sets,defining operations of‘and',‘or',‘?',‘?'and so on.Based on the operations of fuzzy soft sets,some scholars put forward a variety of integrated operators,which were applied in various fields to make comprehensive evaluation.However,for different situations,the existing methods can not be more reasonable and more effective to solve decision-making problems,such as when the decision-maker's status,weight are not the same,which is common in the real world,decision-maker's expertise and field are inconsistency and their interest preference is different,the evaluation index weightand set may also be different.So,how to integrate the information according to different problem backgrounds,get the program more consistent with the group preferences,which has a very important theoretical significance and application value.In this paper,different methods of information integration and evaluation steps are proposed according to the background of specific problems,and the existing methods are extended to apply different decision-making environments.According to the specific problem background,this paper improves the existing methods and proposes different information integration methods and evaluation procedure.Or to extend existing methods to apply in different decision environment.
