The Study On Social Service System For Forestry Pest Control In Jiangxi Province

As an important management areas of chimerical forest,Jiangxi Province has the area of land for forestry more than 1060 ten thoudsand hm,having the second largest urban green and forest coverage rate.In order to better understanding the effects of forestry ownership reform on the development trend of the socialized forestry pest control system,making scientific management methods,providing prevention theoretical basis,in the present research,we compared the international and domestic socialized forestry pest control system,discussed the problems in the construction of the socialized forestry pest system in Jiangxi Province,evaluated the current related work and the specific implementation of the policy,and build a highly-efficient forestry pest socialized control system,which mainly under the guidance of the government and with market-oriented service organizations as the main force.This study could provide references for administrative institutions policy reform,directions for socialized forestry pest prevent and control,suggestions for the develop of socialized forestry pest control organizations,early warning system,and the sustainable and stable develop of forestry ecology.In addition,it could provide the reference information to the person who engaged in the related industries.
