Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Development Of Social Enterprises And Reseaarvh On Improvement Countermeasures

At present,our country is in the rapid development of society and the increasingly prominent contradiction between the inflection point of the era,emerge in an endless stream all kinds of social contradictions,and the traditional mode of charity and welfare enterprises can not be a better,more sustainable solutions to social problems,the rise and development of social enterprises will undoubtedly provide a more effective solution.Social enterprise is a new form of enterprise rising from the United Kingdom,but it is different from the traditional enterprise.It is the essence of social public welfare,is to use commercial means to earn profits after feedback to society,to solve social problems,promote social harmony and development.Social enterprises started late in China,and there are not many perfect social enterprises,but we can see that more and more social enterprises are booming.At present,most domestic scholars on the basis of foreign social enterprises rise,development and mature development of domestic enterprises to find a reliable social model,but fully apply the successful experience of foreign countries may not be able to adapt to China.This paper attempts to various factors in the systematic environment formed from social ecological system from the perspective of the theory of combing the influence of micro system,social enterprise system and macro system,the middle layer system,model of DEVELOPMENT factors in order to construct a system of social enterprises,The influence factors of the system that each layer is of social enterprises have different degrees of impact dynamics,with three typical social enterprises in local Hangzhou as examples,field visiting survey the three social enterprise development restriction factor and the relationship of the model and according to the this conforms to the social enterprise development strategy in China.
