The purpose of this study is to introduce new technology of recycling depreciated tires using pyrolysis which is more profitable and environment-friendly.Pyrolysis technology is a process to transform tires into oil,carbon black,gases,and steel if the tire contains steel but this process should be with the absence of oxygen.The data collection in this paper is secondary data.According to our data the amount of the scrap tires in Sudan is around 60,000 tons annually,and the available amount for our project is around 5,000 tons per year.This project will have good opportunity for the entire market(Sudan Market),according to our research we found China is very good at this technology so we decided to import a plant with capacity of 10 tons per day,and we had chosen Khartoum(the capital of Sudan)as the best place for the project in terms of facilities and availability of raw material for the project.Financially the project is profitable according to the analysis,the return of investment will be 52% if we run the plant with 100% of capacity,and the payback period is 3.6 years including the installation and construction period.Moreover,the cost of raw material will play second role in terms of sensitivity.We have found that this project is profitable even without steel and carbon black sales.On the other hand,this project has side benefits such as resource saving and social benefits by establishing new technology for recycling waste tires,so the society will change the harmful way they get used to do when it comes to recycling waste tires.So our advice is to start this project as soon as possible.
