| The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan for an On-Demand home serviceplatform in the Community of Madrid and to see if it is viable or not to further develop the business.The platform will link two segments,the home services providers and the customers that need this type of services,this will be done through a mobile or web-based,the clients can chat with their services providers in real time,and give the services providers tools to help them growth.All transactions will be made via the application.The thesis will answer questions as important as the possible number of clients,what the clients are looking for in this type of services,and the strategy to be successful.To do this the thesis will follow a logic path the reader will see a complete overview of the industry,the different methods that are applied to the business,and a market research that takes into consideration different variables and deeply help to develop the marketing strategies in order to successfully launch the business.To get to these answer and have a completed understanding of the different concepts and frameworks needed to develop a platform of this type a literature study was needed and is presented in the literature review of the thesis,methods such as interviews were employed to gain a better understanding of the market needs.The forecast of a financial plan with the best structure to start-up the company and the feasibility of the project in the long term where the variables conditions fluctuated.Finally,this thesis will benefit any person that wants to know more about the On-Demand Business and also serve as a guideline to start a business plan in a digital environment. |
