Every crisis always brings opportunity, although there is still a shadow of the financial crisis in 2008, but driven by the Internet, mobile Internet and communication technologies, the new economy is growing up, like, the sharing economy. The values of Airbnb and Uber in the latest round of financing are more than 20 billion and 40 billion respectively, once again set a record entrepreneurial corporate finance and valuation, has become one of the most valuable non-listed high-tech companies. Sharing economy has affected our lives in many ways. To some extent, the future of the economy is shared.Based on the huge impact of sharing economy and the lack of related research, this paper analyzes the shared economic theory and practice, global and local.In first part, we analysis the theory of sharing economy. We analysis the origin,composition and development of sharing economy.The second part, the sharing economy happen in real practice situation in the whole.We analysis the overall application of sharing economy in foreign and China.The third part, we detailed analysis of the two cases shared economy. Specifically analysis two cases, one is called PPzuche, and is from China about car, anther is Airbnb,which is about house and from America. We deeply analysis the logic and great changes,which the sharing economy brought to our life and the whole country.Finally, we also compare the development of sharing economy in China and the US,and look into the future of sharing economy in china and give some suggestions.
