Guangxi is a relatively backward economic development area in the southwestern frontier provinces of China.With the continuous advancement of urbanization and rapid economic development,the demand for various resources is increasing,especially the demand for land resources is increasing,and the supply of land is increasing.The pressure is also increasing.At the same time,the phenomenon of inefficient idleness in the process of urban construction land use is widespread.How to effectively control the quantity of construction land input,alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand and improve the allocation efficiency between construction land.Concerned by relevant departments and scholars.On the basis of reading and referring to the existing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper selects 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi as the research object,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,first describes the economic development and land use status of Guangxi and the cities analysis.Then introduce the land elements into the extended CD production function model,estimate the contribution of labor(L),capital(K)and land(S)to economic growth in major cities in 2008-2017,and analyze the input of urban factors in economic growth.The elasticity coefficient and contribution rate,then analyze the difference of contribution rate of construction land between cities,and finally divide the urban construction land management type in the area based on the contribution rate of construction land,so as to adopt targeted land management policies to promote The sustainable development of urban economy.Through the analysis of the contribution of construction land investment to the economic growth of various cities in Guangxi,it is found that the construction land utilization of most cities in Guangxi is in the stage of diminishing returns,the contribution of construction land investment to economic growth in each city is more obvious.Differences,in general,urban construction land has a greater contribution to the economic growth of urban secondary and tertiary industries.The input of labor and capital factors also contributes to urban economic growth.Capital contributes more to urban economic growth than construction land.Therefore,when carrying out urban land management based on the investment in construction land,it is necessary to fully consider the differences between the contribution levels of cities and to develop land use management measures in a targeted manner,and adopt appropriate land management based on the different contribution of construction land to the economy.Countermeasures,control the allocation of urban construction land input from the total amount,coordinate the input between urban elements,improve the allocation efficiency of urban construction land input,and then promote the development of urban economy and narrow the regional economic development gap.
