Study On The Development Ideas And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture In Hualong District Of Puyang

With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards,leisure agriculture is favored by urban residents.Leisure agriculture promotes the integration of the first,second and third industry in rural areas,it plays an important rolein the construction of beautiful villages,promote agricultural quality and efficiency,and promote the employment of farmers,has become a new growth point for the rural economy and farmers' income.In recent years,the party and the state attach great importance to the development of leisure agriculture,and put forward the need to develop leisure agriculture in a number of documents.Hualong District of Puyang is an important frontier of the gateway of northeast Henan and the Central Plains Economic Zone which is located in the northeast of Henan province,and it is at the junction of 3 provinces of Hebei,Shandong and Henan.The advantageous geographical position and abundant resources provide the necessary conditions for the development of leisure agriculture in Hualong District.Supported by market demand and policy at all levels,the recreational agriculture in Hualong district has been developed initially,but it is still in the initial stage,and its advantages are not obvious and the benefits are not high in the market competition of the surrounding recreational agriculture.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the leisure agriculture in Hualong district,find out the existing problems in the development,and put forward some ideas and countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture in Hualong district.Not only can promote the development of leisure agriculture in Hualong to a higher level,and better meet the needs of the people in Puyang,but also promote the construction of a new socialist countryside and beautiful countryside.This paper summarizes the function of leisure agriculture on the basis of defining the concept of leisure agriculture.By comparing the practice of leisure agriculture development at home and abroad,it is concluded that the government's support,the promotion of the association,the excavation of characteristics and the training of personnel are the keys to the success of the leisure agriculture,and hoping it can bring the experience enlightenment to the Hualong Area Leisure Agriculture Development.Secondly,summarized the development status of leisure agriculture in Hualong district from park scale,management situation,spatial distribution and development type through the collection of relevant information and field research,and point out the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture:Lack of competent departments and institutions,inadequate infrastructure,information publicity is not in place,lack of access to funds,the park has a lower grade,management services are not standardized,products lack of characteristics.In addition,the paper analyzes the demand of leisure agriculture in Puyang city,and analyzes the influencing factors of leisure agriculture in Hualong District,and puts forward the ideas and key points of leisure agriculture development in Hualong District.In order to further promote the development of leisure agriculture in Hualong District,in view of the existing problems,draw lessons from the domestic and international development experience,the paper put forward some ideas we should set up competent institutions,improve infrastructure,strengthen support,build information platform,upgrade the grade of the park,pay attention to personnel training,and shape characteristic brands.
