Fuxin BeiMao Alcoholic Cooperation.Ltd(which is shorted as FXBMAC below)lies in Fuxin city,LiaoNing Province.It is a well-established and influential professional enterprise.For years,the series product of BeiMao DaQu is well received by customers and it has occupied most of market share.But recent years,the sales of products fell off continuously and most of products were overstocked.While the current situation of alcoholics sales remains softened in frontline market and the most small enterprises cannot remain normal level of products sales.It has changed a lot for FXBMAC to face different market situation.To solve the current difficulties,FXBMAC should rise relative solutions by applying efficient sales strategies,following correct theories of sales and analyzing the exist problems in sales.Based on researching visit to FXBMAC,the author consulted and analyzed the relative theories and data of FXBMAC.After using PEST,five forces model,SWOT analytical methods,the author analyzed the current market situation from levels of internal market environment,external macro,meso and micro and finally found out the difficulties and obstacles for FXBMAC.According to the 4P theory of marketing,the author pointed out the problems in products,prices,channel of distribution and promotion strategy and analyzed the causes of current difficulties.Finally,the author posed practical responses according to the problems which existed in marketing.The author aimed to improve and formulate marketing activities of FXBMAC and make marketing activities more detailed and efficient.So that the enterprise can enlarge the influence in market and make operating activities better.
