at present,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous progress of the process of globalization,Chinese enterprises are facing new problems in the management of employees.In a number of industries,the phenomenon of employee turnover and turnover is emerging and showing more and more serious trend.The rational flow of employees is more favorable for the development of the enterprise,but the loss of the employees' initiative will be not conducive to the development of the enterprise,so it is not conducive to the development of the enterprise.The problem of employee turnover,the problem of turnover and the management of employees have become the common concern of Chinese entrepreneurs and human resources management scholars.In recent years,the express industry,as a leading industry,has an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of electronic commerce and China's economic construction.However,the courier industry is often faced with the problem of employee turnover.In most industries,the main reason for employee turnover is low wages,because wages can not be recruited.Express industry,express companies often give high pay,but still appear difficult and difficult to stay.The lack of employees not only restricts the development of express industry,but also affects the development of China's economy to some extent.Human resources are the core elements of enterprise development,and human resources determine the core competitiveness of enterprises to some extent.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research,and the concept,from the employee turnover turnover intention,social influence factors of organizational factors and personal factors and employee turnover model research and relevant theoretical analysis,and puts forward the research angle;secondly,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews in two ways to collect data for each factor by using SPSS chi square test,factors that influence employee turnover include the labor market situation,the external review status,the social image of the enterprise,wage income,wage assessment,degree of care,communication,occupation promotion,employee training,emotional needs,staff activities,the content of the work,self growth,superior,colleague relationship,work pressure and so on;finally,according to the problems found,the From the chapter further improve the salary appraisal system,to further rationalize the employee occupation promotion channels,further build communication platform,to further enrich their leisure life and further release of five aspects of job stress,reduce employee turnover intention eliminating countermeasures and suggestions.
